Quality Inn Moultrie

I have stayed at this location several times and they have very pleasant staff. Their rooms have always been clean and gotten me anything that I have requested as a guest. They make it easy to check in and check out. They are always smiling and willing to help me with whatever I need.

After finding myself in a bind where I needed a room for the night a friend hooked me up with a room from here. I've stayed at the other cheaper hotels around here and all the rooms I stayed in where dirty and nasty and far too much to spend money on, not to mention the drug addicts that stayed at the other hotels and the horribly rude staff. Here it was clean! Smelled amazing! Has an indoor pool that is super clean as well. The room was big with all the things you'd expect a hotel room to have and they offer free breakfast as well. The staff members spoke clear English and were amazingly nice! They'd go out their way to make sure your stay was relaxing and comfortable and even cracked jokes here and there with me and my fiance. They really did put a smile on our face, which we needed during this hard time of ours. The next day we had to stay and wait for a ride before leaving. The staff members didn't seem to mind at all and even let us make food in the microwave and eat in the dining area as we waited to leave. Their kindness helped us so much during our time of need! What's best!? It was only $30 more than what we were already spending at the other nasty hotels. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap fantastic comfortable night! Absolutely amazing!!! Big thank you to the wonderful staff members!!! You guys are rocking it! Keep up the great work!

This was a spontaneous get away for my love & I. We got our room for just one night.. but it was all we needed. Our only dislikes was the hassle with the vending machines (going back & forth between machines & front desk) and we could not get the television to change between channels. Other than those issues, it was a great stay for us. Very quiet atmosphere! Friendly welcoming staff! Thoroughly stocked rooms that for clean & neat! And we absolutely loved the accessible shampoo, conditioner & lotion bottles in the bathroom!!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and the Manager, Nicole was incredibly rude. To start, when you walked in the hotel, there was a terrible smell inside. But after driving 5 1/2 hours to get here, my sister and I just let it go. Then we find out there’s no elevator. When we got into our room, we sat down on the bed and noticed there were cheeto stains all over the comforter. And the smell was even worse in our room. The pillows were yellow up against the white comforter with make up and stains all over them. And then the cherry on top was when ants started crawling on my sister. We decided to leave after 10 minutes of being in our room. Nicole refused to refund us and only offered to move rooms. But we didn’t wanna stay in a hotel they had bugs which we told her. We called booking.com To file a complaint to see if we could get a refund And the property manager is refusing saying “It was only a couple of sugar ants” And she verified that she saw them on the bed. I don’t care what kind of ants it is who in their right mind is going to stay in a hotel that they paid for that has bugs. My coworker was supposed to stay in this hotel as well, However, he called to cancel after my experience and she would not let him cancel either. And then began to yell at him for discussing my room and the ants saying “they were just sugar ants” I am so truly disappointed in this hotel and the fact that I am unable to get my money back for a room that I spent 10 minutes Inside of. It was absolutely disgusting and if I could give it negative stars, I would DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Rooms are always clean, beds are pretty comfortable, it's always quiet and comfortable. I've had a lot of bad experiences here in Moultrie Georgia with people showing good hospitality and good professional customer service. Me and my fiance Love coming here sometimes just to get away and have some quiet time from our kids. The on duty manger (Nicole Clayton) Makes our check in so pleasant. Very professional and kind.

Staff is absolutely amazing at the front desk. Can't get any better. The facility could get better but I gave it five stars because of the staff alone

We were there for a week on business. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Rachel made our stay very enjoyable and made us feel welcome. Bring your own pillow for the ones they have are small. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling thru the area. Good price, great rooms, and welcoming staff. Could not ask for more.
